(WDO) application and review by the WDO Enforcement Officer. 

Normal Permit Fee $150.00
Penalty Fee: A penalty fee of twice the cost of
the permit required for said work shall be assessed
for work started without a building permit, plus the cost of the stop work order and necessary inspections.
