1. A completed permit application.
2. (2) copies of your property plat of survey. You will need to locate, by drawing on the plat of survey, the improvement that you wish to make.
3. Contractor bonding requirements.
4. Homeowner's association approval letter (if applicable).
5. Provide (3) complete sets of drawings stamped by a State Licensed Architect for specific projects as determined by the Building Department.
6. Permit requirements for commercial projects require additional submittals. Please contact the Building Department for additional information.

Note: The plan review fee is charged whether a permit is issued or not.
