Gentle Yoga One Class Registration
Full Description
Grab your yoga mat and come on down to Lakefront Park to enjoy our gentle yoga program! This slow-paced yoga class focuses on mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation. This class will improve mobility, reduce stress, increase body awareness, and is suitable for all levels of yoga. This class is once a month on February 21st, March 21st, and April 18th from 9:30 AM - 10:45 AM. Register online for all three classes for $40 or pay on site for one class for $15 per session.
