Come join the Village of Fox Lake Parks and Recreation Department for Stretching and Flexibility class at Lakefront Park Building located at 71 Nippersink Blvd. Fox Lake, IL. This overall body work-out has an emphasis on flexibility. This can be done seated, standing with support, or free standing. The cost is $5 at the door, and no pre-registration is required.
