This slow-paced yoga class focuses on mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation.
✔ Improves Mobility and reduces stress
✔ Increase body awareness
✔ Is suitable for all levels. Beginners are welcomed.
Register for all three classes or pay on site for one class for $15 per session. Registration for all three classes closes on February 20th.
